The Hospitality Department at the University of Bath contracted Roundstone to carry out preventative and reactive maintenance of catering equipment nearly three years ago now and have found service levels and response times to be good. In addition their engineers are knowledgeable and get on well with our staff. We had used various contractors in the past for equipment maintenance with varying results so it is pleasure to deal with people who go that extra mile for the customer.We have been very pleased with the service provided by Roundstone to date and look forward to it continuing in the future.
